These terms apply to your use of kindletruckingschool.com, its forms, and the calls, texts and emails you receive from Kindle Trucking School (“Kindle,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you enroll in a program, your signed enrollment agreement also applies. If the two ever conflict, your enrollment agreement controls.

3. Programs and information on this website
Kindle offers training for Class A and Class B commercial driver’s licenses (CDL), CDL endorsements (such as tanker and hazmat), refresher training, restriction removal, and a Diesel Technician program. We work to keep program descriptions, schedules, start dates and prices on this website accurate, but they may change without notice. The details in your enrollment agreement are the ones that apply to you.
4. Pre-registration is not enrollment
Submitting a pre-registration form or booking a campus tour does not reserve a seat in a class and does not create a contract. You are enrolled only after you complete admissions, sign an enrollment agreement and make any required payment.
5. Eligibility and admission
You must meet the federal and Texas requirements for the license or endorsement you are training for. Depending on the program, these can include a minimum age, a valid driver’s license, a DOT medical certificate and other documents. You agree that the information you give us is true and complete. We may verify it and may decline applications that do not meet program requirements.
6. Tuition, fees and payment
Tuition, fees and payment schedules are set out in your enrollment agreement. We accept Zelle, Cash App, credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, cash, checks, money orders and cashier’s checks. Payment plans are available for some programs on the terms in your enrollment agreement. If a payment is late or returned, we may pause your training until your balance is current and may charge any returned-payment fee stated in your enrollment agreement. If an employer, workforce program or other third party pays for your training, that party’s rules also apply.
7. Cancellations and refunds
A full refund will also be made to any student who cancels enrollment within the student’s first two scheduled class days and did not attend, except that the school may retain not more than $100 in any administrative fees charged, as well as items of extra expenses that are necessary for the portion of the program attended and stated separately on the enrollment agreement.
8. Attendance, conduct and safety
Students must follow instructor directions, safety rules and the attendance policy in their enrollment agreement. Kindle may suspend or dismiss a student for unsafe driving, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, harassment, damage to equipment or other serious misconduct. Drug and alcohol testing may be required where the law or the program requires it.
9. Training results
Completing training does not guarantee that you will pass the CDL knowledge or skills tests, receive a license or endorsement, get a job or earn a particular wage. Licensing decisions are made by the State of Texas, and hiring decisions are made by employers. Kindle reports ELDT completion to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry as required.
10. Calls, texts and emails
When you give us your phone number or email, you agree that Kindle may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your inquiry, campus tours, enrollment and training. Some calls and messages may use automated technology, including an AI-powered assistant. Your consent is not a condition of enrolling. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us at any time to stop calling or emailing you. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

12. Using this website
Use this website only for lawful purposes and give accurate information on its forms. Do not interfere with the website or try to access areas you are not authorized to use. Website content belongs to Kindle or is used with permission; copying it for commercial use requires our written permission. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to. We may update or pause the website at any time.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, Kindle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law or under your enrollment agreement.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless your enrollment agreement says otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect enrollment agreements already signed.
